8. Intellectual Property Licence on Custom Parts
Where we develop a mould or custom part at your request, ownership of the mould and any tooling remains with us unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where development costs are amortised into the unit price, ownership transfer may be negotiated subject to a separate agreement.

All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the applicable sales contract or packing list. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to the products shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected goods, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of business or interruption of operations.
